For now it is a one man show. Despite being at an idea state, two of its products are already deployed and used. We are looking for young, talented and ambitious people to join our motion.
Anywhere a potential market can be disrupted we are in business. We exclusively seek for the uncharted and the underserved. Our current solutions are based in America, Europe and Africa. Yet, our scope and future landing sites involves Asia and South America.
Within R3vol employees are CEOs of their products. However, not the administrative CEO you are used to see. But the doers. In fact, a CEO can contract other CEOs in his product. Thus R3vol employees are paid by their own efforts (their shares). What R3vol brings on the table are the network, the investors and a common core goal. We are not in the business of one product one client model but rather one product many clients.
R3vol functions only through the revenue of its products. Products are funded by a very selective number of individuals that have demonstrated their forward thinking spirit. Moreover, they must embrace R3vol innerworkings. Employees defend their products in front of their funders (investors). In a few upcoming cases, R3vol will experiment with Crowdfunding which involve clients receiving packages of various products paid in advance for.
They are worldwide and the more a product drives in clients the more its ranking in R3vol. We are not talking about the revenue yet as R3vol is clients first and only then the rest can come. Thus, yearly, in our annual meeting, all CEOs are awarded a trophy with the number of clients and most ranked one go with a 7 days trip anywhere in the world.
